What shocked me most in the news I read on Twitter was that many animals around the world were infected with COVID-19. This is terrible news, because animals are different from humans. Animals can't express like humans, they can only suffer pain in silence. When people find them, they have the possibility of survival, because they can't treat their own diseases. I sincerely hope that the virus will disappear quickly.
After reading my classmates' blogs, I learned a lot. Everyone's understanding of bird brains is different. I learned that the brains of birds are larger and are second only to mammals in vertebrates. Birds are extremely smart. Corvidae include ravens, crows, jays and magpies. They are the most intelligent birds, but ravens are better at solving problems. I learned from a classmate's blog that many species of parrots like to imitate human speech, and there are many things in the brains of the African gray parrot walnut kernel. They have a long lifespan, so they can accumulate many talents and many memories. It's really fun to read everyone's blog!

I too find it very unfortunate that animals around the world are also negatively affected by COVID-19. It is awesome how useful Twitter is for new information and news; which accounts did you follow that helped inform you?
