Final Blog Update

Part 1:

I think the most obvious transformative change in my learning through this course has occurred in the protection of wildlife. In the past, I didn't pay much attention to this problem. I always thought that we could not do much for wild animals. But through the study of this course, I not only realized the importance of protecting wild animals, I also understood how we protect wild animals. For example, we can call on more people to join us by posting the importance of wildlife protection on social platforms. The second obvious transformative change is that I learned how to read the literature and extract valuable information. Before, I was not patient enough to fully understand the literature that needs to be read. I think that the research process of many literatures is very cumbersome, which kills my interest in reading. But through the study of this course, the teacher provided us with a lot of methods to read the literature and provided a practical operation platform for us to consolidate the knowledge learned. In the future study, I think I can read the materials I need more carefully.

Part 2:

I think my poor performance in this course is when reviewing the articles of my peers. I think it's because I don't have a lot of knowledge in my mind, so I can't provide my companions with many valuable suggestions for modification. I think I should improve my knowledge and ability in the future and enrich my ideas. At the same time, I think I need to continue to consolidate my basic knowledge. When doing exercises in Connect, I think my ability to receive knowledge is still relatively weak. Sometimes I don’t know how to answer many practice questions. These exercises are almost all grammar and sentence patterns. In the future learning process, I will also make a daily or weekly basic knowledge learning plan for myself to consolidate my knowledge.

Thank you very much for this course. I think I am very fulfilling and have gained a lot this summer vacation. I will continue to learn more knowledge with my gains and enrich myself.
